Course Description
This nationally recognised cultural competence training course equips healthcare workers and community services professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to communicate effectively and respectfully with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. The course develops cultural awareness, inclusive communication skills, and culturally safe practice to support non-judgmental, person-centred care across healthcare, aged care, disability, and community settings. Participants will also reflect on their own cultural perspectives and unconscious bias to strengthen professional practice and improve client outcomes.

This course is 100% online: 4-6 hours of self-paced learning.

- Multiple-choice and written questions
- Four (4) video assessments where you explain key assessment outcomes
- Completion of an Incident Report
