HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy — hands-on training with oxygen, suction and airway equipment, delivered by registered paramedics at our Collaroy facility or on-site for teams across Sydney.
An advanced resuscitation course takes you past compressions and breaths into the equipment used while waiting for an ambulance: oxygen therapy, bag-valve-mask ventilation, oropharyngeal airways, suction, and defibrillation as part of a managed resuscitation. HLTAID015 is the nationally recognised unit for exactly that — and because your trainers use this equipment in real emergency care, the session is grounded in current clinical practice.
Delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. The express format runs a 1.5-hour face-to-face session after online pre-learning, with a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate as the prerequisite.
Aquatic facilities, swim schools, surf clubs and dive operators where oxygen equipment is on hand and often required.
Sites whose risk assessment calls for oxygen and advanced resuscitation capability — industrial, remote, or high-risk settings.
Practitioners who want resuscitation capability beyond the standard first aid scope.

Yes — HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is a prerequisite for HLTAID015. If you don't hold it or it's due for renewal, the HLTAID011 & HLTAID015 Express Course Set covers both in one booking.
Renewal every three years is the accepted industry recommendation, with the CPR component refreshed every 12 months in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. Some industries and employers require more frequent training.
